Ink Master star Daniel Silva charged with murder in the fatal crash that killed YouTube star Corey La Barrie

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office said Silva "did unlawfully, and with malice aforethought" murder La Barrie, who was Silva's friend and passenger in his car when he allegedly drank and wrecked his McLaren last week.
