Is it wrong for Stranger Things to show moms ogling an 18-year-old guy?

Dacre Montgomery is 24 years old in real life, but his character Billy is 18 on the Netflix series. Which begs the question: Should his character be sexualized by older women, as shown in the new Stranger Things trailer? "The moms obsessing over him are all much older," says Kate Gardner. "If we raise a fuss about eighteen year old girls being ogled by older men, then it stands to reason that we shouldn’t really be thrilled that a younger guy is being objectified by older women. It’s not a good look period, regardless of the teenage character’s gender."
