Jameela Jamil becomes embroiled in the Ellen DeGeneres-George W. Bush controversy

"Ooooof learning today about the full extent of Bush’s heinous presidency," The Good Place star tweeted this morning after initially defending Ellen for sitting next to the former president at an NFL game. Jamil was then criticized for not knowing about the history of the Iraq War and for citing her British schooling for her ignorance. But as Twitter users pointed out, she was 17 when the Iraq War began and the British were very much involved in the war.
