The documentary with the working title of JANET will run four hours and air over two nights, commemorating the 40th anniversary of Jackson's self-titled first album that was released in 1982, when she was 16. The documentary has been filming for three years and features unprecedented access to her life, and an intimate, honest and unfiltered look at the untold story of one of the highest-earning artists in music history. JANET will also delve into the Super Bowl Nipplegate incident and explore her reaction to the death of brother Michael Jackson. JANET is expected to premiere in 2022.
