Jeff Perry is returning to ABC, co-starring in Hilary Swank's Alaska newspaper-set pilot

The Scandal alum will co-star as the male lead in the drama pilot starring Swank as a star journalist who moves to Anchorage to work at a daily metro newspaper for a fresh start after a career-killing misstep. In the drama pilot from Oscar-winning Spotlight writer/director Tom McCarthy, Perry plays the newspaper editor who hires Swank's character after previously working with her 20 years ago.
