The hourlong Jerry Seinfeld: 23 Hours to Kill was filmed before the coronavirus pandemic as part of Seinfeld's residency at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. Seinfeld's first Netflix special, Jerry Before Seinfeld, premiered in September 2017.
