Joe Davis officially named Fox's lead Major League Baseball play-by-play announcer

Davis replaces Joe Buck, who departed to ESPN after being the voice of Fox Sports' MLB coverage since the 1990s. Davis will join John Smoltz in the network’s lead baseball booth and call the World Series.
