"There's no way to cheat it," says the Game of Thrones actor who also stars on the Epix British spy thriller. "Also, there's less acting required – it's the lazy option, really, to be getting waterboarded (for real)! So I agreed to do it. It's such a bizarre feeling. It's so alien. It's when the water starts going up your nose, and you can feel your sinuses just fill up with water. And that's the sensation of drowning."
