A week after The Daily Mail revealed that Couric bashes Banfield in her new book Going There, the tabloid publication alleges that Couric "humiliated" and "mocked" Banfield as they were both conducting separate interviews with Olympic Gold medalist Michael Johnson at the 2000 Olympics.
