The Spectrum Originals Bad Boys spinoff was scheduled to kick off Season 2 today with three new episodes, but the premiere has been delayed at the last minute to a "later date in 2020." While Spectrum Originals wouldn't say why Season 2 was delayed, the news comes after two weeks of protest over the killing of Floyd on Memorial Day and amid a debate over whether there are too many cop shows serving as pro-police propaganda. On Friday, A&E pulled new episodes of Live PD, while Paramount Network delayed it premiere of Season 33 of Cops, originally scheduled for today, in response to the Floyd protests. On L.A.'s Finest, Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba play detectives in the LAPD who become a force to be reckoned with. The LAPD has been criticized for using excessive force amid the Floyd protests.
