Ludlow later said “I did use cuss words and I apologize and I won’t do that again.” Earlier, Kudlow appeared on Fox News' America Reports, where he was reacting on hit mic to the playing of Vice President Kamala Harris saying the Biden administration was “starting from scratch” when it came to the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
