Leon Redbone, early SNL favorite and Mr. Belvedere theme song singer, dies at 69

The singer-songwriter specializing in jazz, blues and Tin Pan Alley music gained national recognition as a two-time musical guest during Saturday Night Live's famous first season. Redbone also sang the theme songs for Mr. Belvedere and Harry and the Hendersons. He also sang "This Bud's for You" in Budweiser ads.
