MSNBC's Steve Schmidt joins Showtime's The Circus

The former John McCain campaign manager, whom Woody Harrelson portrayed in the HBO movie Game Change, has been added as a contributor to political campaign docuseries' fourth season. Schmidt, a former Republican strategist, left the GOP in June over the party's support of Trump.
