Making a Murderer attorney arrested for alleged stalking and harassment

Len Kachsinky, who served as Brendan Dassey's attorney, was taken into custody on Monday after he was accused of violating a restraining order sought by his former law clerk. He allegedly harassed her staring at her and making cat noises. Kachinsky was later released pending further investigation.
