The Comedy Central series is getting political with tonight's episode that tells the story of the conservationist and women's suffrage advocate whose name is widely associated with last year's Parkland high school shooting. Creator and narrator Derek Waters says he sees a connection between Douglas and the Parkland shooting survivors. “I want people to know what she stood for, and that’s what those kids were taught,” he says of Douglas, who died in 1998 at age 108. “We should know why a school is called (after) her name.” Waters adds: “I find you get the most attention when people don’t know what something is,” he said. “It’s obviously why I chose this, because of what is important and those kids, and the very important issue.”
