It looks like you will have us in some capacity.” Gosselaar and Thiessen said last year they didn't know about the Saved by the Bell reboot before it was announced, even though Gosselaar's Zack Morris character was described as being California's governor. Gosselaar's Zack Morris and Thiessen's Kelly Kapowski are set to join Mario Lopez's A.C. Slater and Elizabeth Berkley's Jessie Spano on the revival series. UPDATE: Gosselaar has closed a deal to return to Saved by the Bell for three episodes and serve as an executive producer, while Thiessen is still in talks to return in some capacity.
