Mattel announces a Lucille Ball Barbie doll in honor of her 110th birthday and I Love Lucy's 70th anniversary

The TV icon was born 110 years ago today, on Aug. 6, 1911. To celebrate her birthday and the upcoming 70th anniversary of the Oct. 15, 1951 premiere of I Love Lucy, Mattel is launching its new Tribute Collection line with a Barbie Signature doll modeled after the Hollywood legend.
