Rodriguez, who portrays Chief Medical Examiner Hugo Ramirez, won't be a series regular for Season 2. But he could return as a guest-star. Rodriguez is the third CSI: Vegas star to depart the CBS drama after original CSI stars William Petersen and Jorja Fox, who announced her exit earlier this week.
