Monica Owusu-Breen boards Stumptown as Season 2 co-showrunner

The Midnight, Texas creator, who was tapped to lead a Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot, will serve as showrunner for Season 2 of the ABC crime drama alongside creator Jason Richman. She replaces Matt Olmstead, who is moving to Law & Order: High Crimes.
