Native American tribe sues Billions

Cayuga Nation has filed suit against Showtime and the hit drama series for using its name and the name of one of its council members in an episode last season -- rather than come up with a fictitious tribe and council member. Cayuga Nation alleges Billions defamed the tribe by making it seem like it's in favor of accepting "unlawful gratuities" and coercing politicians into getting their way.
