Netflix cancels Tuca & Bertie and Designated Survivor

The Tiffany Haddish-Ali Wong animated comedy won't return for a second season after a critically acclaimed first season. "While Tuca & Bertie won’t have a second season, we’re proud to feature this story on Netflix for years to come," Netflix said in a statement. Designated Survivor, starring Kiefer Sutherland, was revived by Netflix for a third season after it was canceled by ABC. "We are proud to have offered fans a third season of Designated Survivor, and will continue to carry all three seasons for years to come," Netflix said in a statement.
