Netflix is launching a feature allowing users to watch partially downloaded TV shows and movies, starting with Android

The new feature will allow Netflix app users who've begun a download but can't complete it due to something like boarding a plane to watch part of what they've downloaded. The downloads for offline viewing for launched in 2016, but up until now it only works when you've downloaded an entire episode or movie.
