Netflix to adapt Gabriel García Márquez’s One Hundred Years of Solitude as a Spanish-language series

The acclaimed author's sons will serve as executive producers in bringing the landmark work of magical realism to the screen for the first time since it was released in 1967. Netflix said the novel is “considered to be one of the most significant works of the 20th Century." One Hundred Years of Solitude will be filmed in Colombia.
