Glen Zipper, the sci-fi author behind Netflix's Dogs and Challenger: The Final Flight, says the overwhelming response from cat owners to seeing Dogs' first season led him to make Cat People, which takes a light-hearted but humanistic look at the bonds people around the world have formed with their cats. Both Dogs Season 2 and Cat People premiere Wednesday.
