Night Stalker Richard Ramirez gets the Netflix docuseries treatment

The four-part Night Stalker: The Hunt for A Serial Killer, premiering Jan. 13, recalls Ramirez's reign of terror in 1980s Southern California. “Everybody kept their windows open and he was crawling in windows,” director Tiller Russell tells People. “So to this day in L.A., when you drive around, that's why there are bars on the windows.”
