Grahame quickly became a sensation in the 2006 seventh season of Big Brother UK with her entertaining tantrums. She was brought back in 2010 for Ultimate Big Brother, a brief all-star season marking the end of Big Brother's decade-long run on Channel 4, in which she placed second. Grahame later appeared on Big Brother Canada. Throughout her public life, Grahame had been open with her struggles with eating disorders. A month ago, a GoFundMe was launched to help pay for her anorexia treatment after it was revealed she had checked into a hospital. "I am so desperately sad to hear about Nikki Grahame," tweeted former Big Brother host Davina McCall. "My thoughts are with her friends and family xx she really was the funniest, most bubbly sweetest girl."
