Octavia Spencer to star in FX's The Bobby Love Story

The Oscar-winning actress and Truth Be Told star will lead The Bobby Love Story, a dramatic true account of an escaped convict, Bobby Love, and his wife of 35+ years, Cheryl Love, who never knew his secret. Spencer will serve as an executive producer along with Kerry Washington and the real-life Bobby and Cheryl Love. The Bobby Love Story is written by Shalisha Francis-Feusner, who will serve as showrunner.
