Fans of the Netflix comedy sent "#RenewODAAT" trending worldwide on Twitter Wednesday night, prompting Norman Lear to tweet: "I’m not sure what it means to be trending, but HOLY SH*T does it feel good." Their concern over One Day at a Time's fate comes in the aftermath of Netflix canceling three shows -- The Punisher, Jessica Jones and Friends from College -- on Presidents' Day. The hashtag also came hours after co-creator Gloria Calderón Kellett tweeted that she had recently met with Netflix about Season 4. "They made clear that they love the show, love how it serves underrepresented audiences, love its heart & humor, but...we need more viewers. They'll decide soon," she tweeted. "I wish I felt more confident." ALSO: Season 3 proves One Day at a Time is the most important show in Netflix history.
