Phoebe Waller-Bridge's Amazon follow-up to Fleabag is a go

Amazon has greenlighted the Emmy winner's long-awaited Fleabag follow-up, details of which are being kept under wraps. The untitled new show is expected to begin filming by the end of the year. The new show is part of Waller-Bridge's massive three-year deal with Amazon that she signed in September 2019, shortly after winning six Emmys for Fleabag's second and final season. As part of her deal, Waller-Bridge was briefly attached last year to co-star with Donald Glover in a reboot of the 2005 Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
