Police are investigating misconduct allegation against Runaways star Kip Pardue

Hermosa Beach Police Department is investigating after actress Sarah Scott filed a police report in late August over Pardue's alleged behavior as detailed in a story published Sunday in the Los Angeles Times. Scott accused Pardue of putting her hand on his groin while filming a sex scene for the independent TV pilot Mogulettes and later masturbating in front of her in his dressing room.
