President Trump recalls The Apprentice at White House event to expand job training

Trump was speaking to a crowd at the White House for an event called Pledge to America's Workers when he came across prepared text that included the word "apprenticeships." “That’s an interesting word for me to be saying, right? The Apprentice," said the president. "I never actually put that together until just now.... that was a good experience, I'll tell you that," He went on to say to his daughter (and Apprentice co-star) Ivanka, "Isn't that strange? I never associated... but here we are."
