Sunday’s Texas Church Shooting was the second mass shooting to take place since the eight-part docuseries premiered on Sept. 29 -- two days before the Las Vegas massacre. Already, producers have had to edit an episode devoted to the 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting because, after what happened in Las Vegas, they could no longer call it the deadliest shooting in American history. "If there was ever a case of making a TV series that was perhaps too relevant, it might this one," says executive producer Aaron Saidman.
