Real Housewives of New York shuts down production again over a cast member's positive coronavirus test

"The cast is taking the pandemic very seriously and just wants their castmate to get better so they can finish up and deliver what's going to be a stellar season," a source tells ET of the unnamed cast member. Last October, the Bravo reality show was forced to shut down after a crew member tested positive.
