"The purported 'Consent Agreement' was strictly between Judge Moore and Yerushalayim TV," Moore's lawyers argue in their new court filing in their lawsuit over Sacha Baron Cohen's Showtime series. "There is zero mention of Defendant Cohen, Defendant CBS, or Defendant Showtime in the 'Consent Agreement.'"
