The CBS drama is opting to pick up where it left off after shutting down with two episodes left in Season 3. “We talked about it, and because we have to finish what we started, to all of the sudden be in a pandemic world felt wrong,” showrunner Spencer Hudnut tells TVLine, adding: “We also want to give people an escape.”
