SNL returning to Studio 8H for the live Season 46 premiere on Oct. 3

Saturday Night Live announced via a teaser today that it is returning to the studio for the first time March 7, when Daniel Craig hosted the final in-person show before the coronavirus shutdown. SNL usually premieres at the end of September or beginning of October, so Season 46 won't be delayed due to the pandemic. SNL ended Season 45 with three pre-taped virtual "At Home" episodes.
