Cazzie David first met Davidson when her dad hosted SNL in February 2016 during a season in which he recurred as Bernie Sanders. They started dating three months later. “I met Pete when my dad hosted Saturday Night Live," she told W magazine last year. "SNL has literally set up so many couples. There are millions of couples that met at SNL. Well, not millions." Davidson cryptically apologized to Cazzie on his Instagram Story in February.
