Shadowhunters fans were outraged after Freeform mocked their campaign to save the show

During Freeform’s “POPnKnowledge” airing of Toy Story, the cable network showed Woody and his Magic 8 ball. When he shook the ball for an answer to the question “Will Freeform save Shadowhunters if I keep tweeting about it?," the ball responded: “DON’T COUNT ON IT” Shadowhunters fans didn't think the joke was funny. “More than anything," wrote one fan, "it speaks towards the heartless nature of the TV business sometimes and a lack of gratitude sometimes to the fans who are responsible for making shows successful in the first place.”
