Showtime is bringing back The Circus, with Alex Wagner replacing Mark Halperin

Wagner, a CBS News anchor and former MSNBC host, will join Halperin’s former partner John Heilemann on Season 3 of the political reality show, which will cover the midterm elections. Halperin was dropped from The Circus over his sexual harassment scandal.
