Simon Cowell misses The X Factor UK tapings, says his fall down the stairs “could have been a lot worse”

“Sometimes we get a reminder that we’re not invincible and this was certainly mine. It was a huge shock,” The X Factor UK and America’s Got Talent judge said of Friday’s fall, which resulted in him missing Saturday and Sunday’s X-Factor UK live shows. “They think I fainted because I had low blood pressure and so I have got to really take good care of myself to sort that out,” said the 58-year-old Cowell. “After all I am a dad and have more responsibility than ever.”
