Sinbad is returning to Fox after more than two decades to play Get Out star Lil Rel Howery's dad

The former star of Fox's The Sinbad Show, which aired in the 1993-94 season, has signed on for his first TV series regular role in two decades, co-starring on the Fox comedy pilot Rel from producer Jerrod Carmichael. Sinbad will play Lil Rel Howery's dad, "who seems to care more about his reputation in the community than he does about the happiness of his sons."
