Starz files a federal lawsuit against MGM over alleged violation of their exclusivity agreement

MGM last year admitted that 244 MGM films and TV shows that were licensed to Starz were also licensed to other platforms. The issue came up when a Starz employee noticed that Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure was available on Amazon Prime, even thought it was supposed to be exclusive to Starz.
