Stephen Dorff goes from True Detective to playing Los Angeles County's acting sheriff in Fox drama pilot

Dorff will play the lead on Fox's Deputy pilot, playing “a career lawman who’s very comfortable kicking down doors but utterly lost in a staff meeting.
