TV's Bozo the Clown dies at 89

Frank Avruch played the first nationally syndication version of the iconic clown between 19569 and 1970. "He had a heart of gold. He brought the Bozo the Clown character to life better than anyone else's portrayal of Bozo the Clown," said Avruch's manager, Stuart Hersh.
