The percentage of LGTBQ characters on broadcast and cable shows reached 10.2%, exceeding last year's 8.8%, GLAAD's annual report found. LGBTQ characters represent 90 series regular roles out of 879 across 111 primetime shows. Of the 90 roles, however, 29 won't be returning next year.
