Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson say they miss Jussie Smollett on the Empire set

“I was closest to Jussie. It hurts not to have him here. It’s like losing a son," says Howard of Smollett, who was dropped from the Fox series over the controversy over his alleged fake hate crime. Henson adds: “I miss him just like a mother misses a child."
