The A&E reality show must stop filming on Williamson County property in 30 days. The contract was criticized for giving producer Big Fish Entertainment the rights to all video, allowing it to destroy footage that was potential evidence within 30 days. "I had always assumed that the footage was available if someone wanted to get it," said Williamson County District Attorney Shawn Dick. "I didn't realize that apparently the footage is being destroyed."
