TMZ, which like The Bachelor is part of the Warner Bros. family, obtained the After the Final Rose waiver for tonight's live taping. The form asks guests if they've visited "Level 3" coronavirus zones Italy, Iran and China. Producers also want guests to acknowledge they have not exhibited any coronavirus symptoms or even been in close contact, within 6 feet, with someone else exhibiting symptoms.
