The Big C alum Phyllis Somerville dies at 76

Somerville, who died Thursday of natural causes, played the sometimes crotchety elderly neighbor of Laura Linney's Cathy Jamison on the Showtime series, who was the first to learn of Cathy's cancer diagnosis. She also starred on the WGN drama Outsiders.
