The Office alum Lindsey Broad says she still receives backlash for her character trying to seduce Jim Halpert

Broad appeared on 12 episodes of The Office's Season 8 as Cathy Simms, a temporary replacement for Pam Halpert while she was on maternity leave. While on a business trip in Florida, Cathy fails in trying to seduce Jim in his hotel Friday. On Friday, Broad tweeted that she still receives hate for that attempted seduction: "If anyone is wondering what it was like to be on The Office, the best comedy of this century: I just posted something on Instagram about how my dog was murdered and a bunch of people were like 'F*ck you, Cathy, she deserved it!' So. There ya go!"
